Refund Policy
Woys does not offer any refunds under any circumstances other than when closing a Woys account with a positive balance. We will automatically initiate the process for a full refund of your remaining pre-paid balance once the final tally is calculated by the system. This calculation may take between 24 to 48 hours.
Approved refunds will be credited into original payment method within 10 working days.
Woys will not issue a refund for positive balances resulting from Woys promotional codes. For example, in Trial accounts that do not have a user-supplied balance, Woys does not provide refunds for any remaining positive balance upon their closure.
If you intend to self-delete your account, please raise any questions or concerns with our support team before deleting your account. Once deleted, all data is permanently erased, and we do not have access to any historic information about your account.
